Prices
All prices are in Norwegian kroner and are displayed including value added tax (VAT). The total cost of the purchase will appear at check out and includes all costs associated with the purchase such as taxes, fees and delivery costs. When buying outside of Norway, the buyer must be aware of any additional taxes and fees that may occur when exporting/importing the products to your own country.

Handling and delivery of orders
Orders are continuously packaged and shipped from our warehouse at Nittedal, Norway. The products are usually shipped to you within 1-3 business days, depending on the work load at our warehouse.
Freight
We ship with Bring/Posten. Freight costs are visible upon checkout of your shopping cart.
Payment
The payment is withdrawn when the products you have bought have left our warehouse.
Handling of personal information
Curvebottle.com (EAGLE Products AS) handles personal data according to the Personal Data Act. Information that may be associated with you as a person will never be made available to other businesses or be linked to other external registries.
Credit card information
When you shop at curvebottle.com (EAGLE Products AS), payment is processed by Nets/Teller, which is a secure electronic payment solution for Visa and MasterCard / Eurocard. All card information is kept in accordance with the card companies’ strict regulations.
Complaints
If there are any problems with the products you have received, you must within a reasonable period of time after discovering it, give a written notice (preferably on e-mail) to curvebottle.com if you want to complaint. Curvebottle.com will then give you information on what to do next. The rules on complaints can be found in the Norwegian Act relating to consumer purchases.
The right to cancel
According to the Cancellation act, the deadline applies from the day the buyer received the goods and 14 days forward. If you want to cancel the purchase, you must return the item to the same condition as you received it and add a completed cancellation form (which was included in the shipment), and you will be refunded the amount you have paid. Buyer pays the total return costs. See additional information on the cancellation form. If the buyer has not received a cancellation slip in writing on paper or e-mail, the deadline is extended to 3 months. The cancellation form must be completed with all required information when the form is received by the seller. The right to cancel applies to consumer purchases, sales to enterprises are not included in the Cancellation act.
Warranties
In addition to the right to complaint issued by the Act relating to consumer purchases, curvebottle.com offers lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. If the product is damaged by wear and tear or user failure, no warranty is given. In case of material or manufacturer defects, we repair or replace the item.
